Customer SolutionsAs part of BMO’s North American Retail & Small Business Payments department, the Partnerships team manages a number of existing major partnerships and also has the mandate to develop and grow new partnerships that are aligned with our strategic vision and add value to the BMO cardholder experience.
The Senior Manager – Air Miles Partnership is accountable for strategic oversight, planning and coordination of the BMO AIR MILES Credit Card suite, as well as leading co-ordination with broader banking teams around further integration of the Air Miles program in customer loyalty strategies. In this role, the incumbent will: (1) manage BMO’s Air Miles credit card portfolio, (2) act as a thought leader for further growth opportunities in partnership with the Air Miles program, including liaising with non-cards retail product groups (3) team leadership

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
