Reporting into the Senior Director, Digital Analytics & Integration, the Senior Manager, Adobe Architect is accountable for providing strategic leadership, external partnership opportunities, and aligning digital experience measurement across major digital and partner projects. This includes designing reference documents, technical specifications, frameworks, and tagging methodologies. The role involves upgrading reporting capabilities across all enterprise digital properties to ensure accurate and consistent tracking. Responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), among others. The Senior Manager will mentor and oversee delivery and tech teams responsible for implementing data analytics and digital experiences, including client marketing and personalization initiatives for key products and services across CIBC’s enterprise.

How You’ll succeed
Digital Analytics and Integration Roadmap - Manage tagging, tracking, alerts, and data models for CIBC.com, Online Banking, and Mobile App to deliver personalized experiences. Assess digital alerts and metrics weekly, highlighting dependencies or risks. Identify new analytics opportunities and support analytics and data platform frameworks. Oversee standards and governance of Adobe stack including Analytics, AEP, CDP, AJO, CJA, and Target.
Partnerships - Collaborate with Analytics, Technology, and Marketing teams to maintain analytics standards and architecture, consolidating information from multiple data sources using reporting tools.
Strategy & Governance - Contribute to the Digital Analytics and Personalization roadmap, supporting the rollout and maintenance of AEP and CDP platforms. Provide frameworks for data tracking, analysis, and interpretation to support decision-making.
Who You are
You have a University degree in business, math, marketing, finance, information management, statistics, or related field, with relevant work experience. A Master’s degree is an asset.
You have strong digital analytics experience supporting digital initiatives with frameworks including SDK integrations, tagging, campaign tracking, segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization.
You possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record of making data-driven recommendations. You have influencing skills to shape decision-making processes.
You can analyze financial industry trends, customer behaviors, and digital marketing ecosystems leveraging multiple data points for real-time testing and personalization.
You act like an owner, taking initiative and delivering results.
