We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Manager to lead a substantial and diverse client portfolio within our growing North West practice. This role offers a clear pathway to a Director position within 2–3 years, evolving into a Regional Lead responsible for driving growth and transformation across the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Portfolio Management : Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Leadership and Team Development : Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Business Growth : Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and attract new clients.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
  • Change Management : Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence.

What We Need From You

  • Qualifications : ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in practice.
  • Experience : Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
  • Commercial Acumen : Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.
  • Ambition : Motivated to progress to a Director-level role and drive regional growth.
  • Regional Insight : Understanding of the North West economy and professional landscape is advantageous.
