Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on GI therapies, with about 700 employees across countries. As Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting & Expense Operations, you will lead AP, AR, procurement, GL, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations while strengthening governance.

You will coach the accounting operations team, drive process improvements and automation, and partner with senior leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis.

Formación

• 7+ years in accounting/finance with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of AP, AR, procurement, and controls.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional influence.
• Experience scaling processes in a growing organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive efficiencies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate numbers into insights.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA is a plus; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead core accounting operations across AP, AR, procurement, GL, and reconciliations.
• Monitor financial metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Develop and coach the accounting operations team.
• Strengthen processes as the organization grows with scalable controls.
• Drive automation and streamline workflows.
• Partner with Controller, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and business leaders.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis to executives.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
