Alimentiv is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting & Expense Operations to lead core accounting functions and drive scalable processes across AP, AR, procurement, and GL. You will mentor the accounting operations team, monitor financial health, and deliver timely insights to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes building robust controls, financial governance, and efficient workflows in a growing global CRO. A CPA and fluent English are assets for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or related function, including leadership in a mature organization.
• Proven leadership of expense operations and procurement with understanding of AP/AR and financial controls.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams with clear ownership and priorities.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors, delivering high service levels.
• Experience building and scaling processes in a growing organization with structure and adaptability.
• Continuous improvement mindset with success in identifying efficiencies and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA designation and/or equivalent experience is an asset; Fluent English.
• Experience communicating financial information to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting operations across AP, AR, Procurement, GL activities, and reconciliations.
• Monitor financial metrics, identify risks, and provide insights to Controller and leadership.
• Lead and develop the accounting operations team with coaching and clear direction.
• Strengthen processes in AP, AR, and procurement as the organization grows.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance data integrity and efficiency.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to support financial priorities.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors and vendors as a trusted partner.
