Dave & Buster’s Inc./Main Event Entertainment seeks a Senior Manager to lead front-of-house or back-of-house initiatives under the General Manager. You will oversee operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

You will analyze financials, optimize cost controls, and ensure robust staff training while maintaining safety and service standards across shifts and events. A dynamic environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.

Responsibilities

Job Description: THE SENIOR MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.
