Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced hospitality operation in Canada. You will supervise staff, drive strategic initiatives, and uphold high guest satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence across COGS and labor metrics.

This role requires strong leadership, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to thrive in a loud, dynamic environment with multiple brands under one roof.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Weekend, night, and holiday availability.
• True leadership capabilities.
