DXC Technology seeks a Major Incident Management Analyst to join its Global Command Center in Canada. You will lead restoration efforts, coordinate with technical teams and service providers, and communicate incident status using standard templates to stakeholders.

You will continuously improve processes, governance, and KPI reporting for 24/7 operations across 160+ locations. A minimum five years in ITIL/ITSM incident management and a B.S./B.A. are preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum five years in a similar major incident/ITSM role.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge with practical incident handling.
• Experience coordinating across technical teams and service providers.

Mansioni

• Lead major incident bridges and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage communications using standard MI templates every 30 minutes.
• Review incident classifications with business owners and support teams.
• Document incident timeline and actions in ITSM and AAR.
• Drive restoration work and oversee 4-hour target resolution for P1s.
