Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning to design, build, and optimize machine learning models that support key business goals. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies such as BERT and transformer-based models, leveraging deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and driving model accuracy through data preprocessing, optimization, and transfer learning techniques. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, able to balance technical excellence with practical problem-solving in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling.
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), particularly with BERT and other transformer-based architectures.
  • Conduct experiments and apply appropriate ML algorithms to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Monitor and improve model performance through validation strategies, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align models with business objectives and define measurable success metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical techniques.
  • Proven expertise in NLP, including working with BERT and transformer models for tasks such as sentiment analysis and language understanding.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with key libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, including model development and tuning.
  • Knowledge of transfer learning and the ability to adapt pre-trained models to domain-specific datasets.
