Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, a career in the Solution Architecture team within our Products & Technology organization offers opportunities to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other intellectual property-based solutions utilizing emerging technologies and new business models.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior M365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect, you’ll work with a team of problem solvers to address business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to solve business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
3. Oversee and evaluate development work by Vendor’s teams.
4. Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, emphasizing Microsoft Search, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform capabilities.
5. Lead the adoption of best practices for low-code/no-code development, search optimization, and AI tool implementation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
6. Assist Enterprise Architects in assessing technology solutions.
7. Participate in business development activities to identify and explore opportunities with new or existing clients.
8. Supervise and support Vendor’s developers in project contexts.
9. Continuously improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation current.
10. Develop personal skills aligned with company and team strategies.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Certification preferred.
3. Extensive experience working in agile teams and with product delivery.
4. Extensive experience with SharePoint (SPO) and Power Platform.
5. Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level solutions with a cloud-first approach.
6. Experience with Azure Services.
7. Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Search in enterprise environments.
8. Proven expertise in building solutions with Copilot Studio, including AI-driven automation and customization.
9. Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, virtualization, automation, and continuous integration.
