Job summary

Gold Group in Edmonton is seeking a Senior M&E Engineer to maintain boiler plant and related equipment, ensuring accurate records and safe working practices. The role is based in Edmonton with 7am–7pm days, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

You must be fully qualified in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline (City & Guilds/BTEC or equivalent) and hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate, with 3–5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience and strong maintenance skills.

Qualifications

  • Qualified in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline with City & Guilds / BTEC or equivalent.
  • Holder of an 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certificate.
  • 3–5 years post-apprenticeship experience in the relevant trade.
  • Skilled in planned, scheduled and reactive maintenance and boiler plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain boiler plant and associated equipment with accurate records.
  • Complete planned, scheduled, reactive maintenance and installations.
  • Support trade staff and deputise for the M&E Supervisor when required.
  • Complete paperwork and work safely according to policies.
