Summary

We are hiring for Physical Therapist to join our team in Senior Living.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, identify needs, establish individualized treatment plans, and set goals for the team plan of care.
  • Set initial short-term and long-term goals.
  • Utilize equipment safely, maintain inspection, maintenance, and cleaning logs, and report broken or faulty equipment.
  • Maintain equipment logs for outpatient clinic equipment.
  • Follow the medical regimen developed for each patient and adhere to precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care).
  • Utilize safe treatment techniques such as transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin baths, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
  • Complete discharge summaries on the final visit for each outpatient PT patient.
Education and Experience
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to reliable transportation, or public transit.
