Compass Group Canada is seeking a Maintenance Support Services Manager to lead Maintenance, Nutrition Services and Housekeeping in Winnipeg, MB. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations and ensure quality and safety standards across departments.

The role requires a minimum of three years of management experience in retirement or long-term care settings, excellent English communication, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Formación

• Minimum three years previous Management experience or equivalent supervisory role in a retirement / seniors living and or long term healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications, Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage staff and operations to ensure quality standards across Food, Housekeeping and Laundry services.
• Manage day-to-day operation to meet contractual service levels.
• Complete financial reporting including payroll, period summaries and sales reports.
• Maintain budgetary and cost controls including inventory management.
• Develop and maintain resident-focused service delivery in coordination with Recreation and other departments.
• Conduct regular staff training and QA audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, WHMIS and workplace safety regulations.
