Job summary

PARC Retirement Living is seeking a Server for the Westerleigh PARC team in West Vancouver. You will join our front- and back-of-house dining team to create a warm, meaningful dining experience for our residents and guests.

You bring excellent customer service, strong communication, and a passion for seniors. Certifications like Food Safe Level 1, Serving It Right, and WHMIS are valued. We offer flexible hours, a living wage, subsidized meals, and supportive training.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication to engage with residents and guests.
• Ability to maintain a warm, positive dining atmosphere and collaborate with FoH/BaH teams.

Responsibilities

• Create an incredible dining experience for residents and guests.
• Maintain a warm atmosphere with customer-service excellence in every interaction.
• Serve meals with proper food-handling procedures and accurrate table settings.
• Provide room service, and assist with dining room setup and dishwashing as needed.
