Job summary

Aspira Bolton Mills Retirement, operated by Sienna Senior Living, is seeking a Server to join our team. You will support residents’ dining needs, assist with meal preparation and service, and help maintain a safe, pleasant dining environment.

Strong customer service, English communication, and a genuine compassion for seniors are essential. A valid Smart Serve or SIRS designation and ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds are required.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve or SIRS designation and 1 year dining room service experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred.
• Experience working with seniors and knowledge of aging an asset.
• Proven customer service skills with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and serving to residents, ensuring a safe, clean dining area.
• Support residents’ health and well-being during meals and dining experiences.
• Contribute to a welcoming dining culture and teamwork in the home.
