Job summary

Candidates should have a Food Handler’s Certificate, experience with large quantities in healthcare settings, and knowledge of provincial regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Experience with large quantity food preparation, preferably in healthcare or retirement settings.
• Knowledge of provincial food premises regulations and Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating.
• Experience with special and therapeutic diets.

Responsibilities
