Job summary

WeirFoulds LLP in Toronto is seeking a mid to senior level Litigation Associate to join our thriving Litigation Practice Group. The successful candidate will practice both Commercial Litigation and Estates and Trusts Litigation, handling a broad range of challenging, sophisticated business disputes for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling complex Commercial Litigation matters.
• Experience or interest in Estates and Trusts litigation is an asset.
• Strong technical, legal, research, drafting and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurialism including client service and development.
• Ability to work with lawyers at all levels and be a team player.
• Ability to balance competing demands and be self-motivated, innovative and flexible.
• Ability to manage document-intensive files.
• Confidence to manage files and clients independently.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent academic credentials.

WeirFoulds LLP is seeking a senior level associate lawyer to join our thriving Litigation Practice Group. The successful candidate will practice both Commercial Litigation as well as Estates and Trusts Litigation. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of practice experience working on complex Commercial Litigation matters; experience or interest in Estates and Trusts litigation matters is an added asset
