Library and Archives Canada in Ottawa is seeking a Senior Librarian to provide strategic reference services, program development, and collaboration across disciplines. The role supports digitization and digital preservation initiatives and may involve supervision as needed.

Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to staff one (1) temporary position located in Ottawa (ON) of approximatively twelve (12) months, with the possibility of extension.A pool of qualified candidates may be established and used to staff identical or similar positions within Library and Archives Canada across Canada using various languages requirements (Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB), operational requirements, conditions of employment and/or various tenures according to the positions being staffed.
