Job summary

Correctional Service Canada- Bowden Institution in Alberta is posting a casual inventory to staff temporary positions at a medium-security facility, about 11 km southwest of Innisfail. The inventory is used to fill vacancies arising from vacations, absences and special projects.

Intent of the process
The purpose of this inventory is to staff casual positions. Casual employment is a temporary employment of 90 working days or less, in a calendar year, to meet needs arising from such contingencies as vacations, sick and training leaves, to conduct special projects that are anticipated but dependent of the availability of funds, etc.
