Responsibilities

• Originating new loans and marketing to borrowers to grow branch revenue.
• Structure and underwrite credit facilities and negotiate loan terms.
• Prepare and issue loan proposals and term sheets for investors.
• Monitor loan portfolio and approve draws and amendments as needed.
• Lead and develop staff within the Development Finance unit.
