Overview

GTA | 7+ years

Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team, with a focus on regulatory matters and contracts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate and regulatory law, gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department. Health law experience is an asset, as this role will support a range of legal needs, with approximately 80% of the work focused on the health and wellness space. Key areas include privacy (including incident response and breach investigations), consumer protection, and commercial contract negotiation. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments are essential.
