Our client, a leading mining royalty and streaming company, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to add to their tight-knit, dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of structured finance and public company experience gained in servicing the mining or energy sectors. ESG familiarity would be beneficial.

The legal team works ‘hand in glove’ with the company’s business units, leading to a very cohesive, team-oriented work environment. They are looking for a quick learner who “can run with the ball” with minimal oversight, but who also has no qualms about seeking assistance when necessary, including from the readily accessible CEO.
