TELUS Health is seeking a transactional and commercial lawyer for a 13-month temporary position supporting global M&A activities and local employer solutions. This role includes leading complex transactions and legal matters, requiring strong analytical skills and at least 5 years of experience in a Canadian legal practice.

We are looking for a transactional and commercial lawyer to support TELUS Health with its global M&A activity while also supporting our Canadian Employer Solutions business with its day-to-day legal needs. The successful candidate will lead TELUS Health through complex M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiating and drafting transaction documents. They will also handle various legal matters such as commercial contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, alliances, requests for proposals, and support with product launches.
