Reporting to the Director of Ethics and Compliance, the position holder is responsible for coordinating and managing the company's ethics and compliance program.

What You Will Do
  • Participate in implementing the action plan for the ethics and compliance program and ensure follow-up of best practices.
  • Manage the register and measures related to conflict of interest declarations.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of control tools for the ethics and compliance program.
  • Provide legal advice on topics such as anti-corruption, fraud, personal information protection, public procurement, and governance.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure leadership in personal information protection and address confidentiality and privacy challenges.
  • Collaborate with divisions to ensure consistent ethics and compliance practices and develop training content and tools for employees.
  • Ensure follow-up and prepare responses to document requests from regulatory bodies (e.g., AMP, RBQ, CNSST).
  • Manage quarterly ethics reporting processes and respond to client and partner requests regarding ethics and compliance.
This role could be for you if you have
  • Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar or another Canadian province, or appropriate training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of legislation on ethics, integrity, and anti-corruption; construction industry knowledge is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
