Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) in Toronto is seeking a senior HR leader to shape culture, talent strategy, and leadership development across the organization. • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in employee engagement, learning, talent, and organizational development; at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise-wide programs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to design culture, employee experience, leadership development, and talent initiatives aligned with priorities.
• Analyze employee feedback, workforce data, and talent insights to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead enterprise programs such as leadership development, succession planning, and performance enablement with measurable impact.
• Coach, mentor, and guide the Learning and Organizational Development team to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Present recommendations and key workforce insights to executives and governance committees.
