Position Summary: Rules Cube is an official Pegasystems partner with deep expertise in building enterprise applications using PEGA.

We are looking for a talented QA Lead with experience in Pega / BPM projects.

This role will be responsible for testing medium to large projects across various platforms, configurations, and environments.

A hands-on technical lead to assess the risk and quality of changes and enhancements of existing applications and processes supporting the domestic bank network.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of testing concepts and experience with manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience executing database queries and working with SQL databases.
• Experience reading and writing complex SQL statements for backend testing.
• Excellent experience with ETL testing.
• Validating business logic and transformation rules.
• Writing test strategies for PO sign-off.
• Managing HP QC / Test management tools and Jira.
• Understanding Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Assigning and reviewing test documentation, managing stakeholders, and coordinating code delivery.
• Evaluating project priorities and responding to changes.
• Collaborating with development teams to resolve defects and escalate issues when necessary.
• Recommending code releases to production.
• Ensuring business and technical requirements are met during the software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to Pega testing methodologies and environments.
• Defining quality metrics for Pega systems.
