Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Angular Developer with a strong UI / UX focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern Angular development, frontend performance optimization, and UI best practices. You will lead the development of responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications, working closely with designers, product owners, and backend engineers.

Duration - immediate until Dec 31, 2025 plus extension

Work Mode - 100% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of Angular 14+ applications using TypeScript, RxJS, and modern UI libraries such as Angular Material, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Optimize frontend performance using lazy loading, advanced change detection strategies, and Ahead-of-Time (AOT) compilation.
• Collaborate with UI / UX designers to deliver seamless and intuitive web interfaces.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient state management and data flow using RxJS.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests, ensuring high code quality and coverage.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Jenkins build pipelines, identifying and resolving build issues.
• Interpret reports from SonarQube, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Track code coverage using tools and proactively maintain high coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Angular development (v12+).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS / SCSS.
• Solid understanding of RxJS and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and state management techniques.
• Familiarity with DevOps and quality tools:
• Jenkins: build monitoring, log analysis.
• SonarQube: code quality insights.
• Code coverage metrics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mentoring junior developers or leading frontend teams.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance profiling tools.
