Architecture49 is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Western region in the Vancouver Office.

Rate of Pay:

$74,600 to $102,600 per year

Education:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a registered Landscape Architect
  • BCSLA membership or eligibility for membership
  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in REVIT, the Microsoft 365 environment, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Adobe Suite, and general BIM principles and workflows.
  • Bilingual (English and French) also an asset
Experience:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.
  • Prepare and review conceptual design, design development and construction documents including details and specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects and budgets and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and review design briefs, cost estimates and technical reports.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
  • Collaborate internally and externally with other Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers and Planners.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
  • Assist with contract administration and site inspections.
