Architecture49 is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Toronto office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Internal and external collaboration with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners.
  • Develop creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.
  • Prepare and review conceptual design, design development, and construction documents including details and specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare and review design briefs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations, coordinate with consultants, and obtain approvals.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
  • Assist with contract administration and site inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working as a Landscape Architect.
  • Member or Associate Member of OALA or eligibility for membership.
  • Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset.
