Overview

Are you ready to influence the future of labour relations in Saskatchewan's public safety sector? The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking a Senior Labour Relations Consultant to join our team as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in all aspects of employee and labour relations. This role is designed for someone who thrives in complex environments, values collaboration, and is passionate about shaping workplace culture through thoughtful and informed labour relations strategies.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of negotiations and consultations with union representatives for the SPSA, helping to resolve issues and shape agreements that support both operational needs and employee rights. You will work closely with the Public Service Commission's Employee Labour Relations Branch to develop and implement collective bargaining strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment across the public service. Your ability to build and maintain successful and collaborative relationships internally with leadership and HR professionals, and externally with union partners and government stakeholders, will be key to fostering a respectful and effective labour environment.

We are looking for this position in any of our office locations : Regina, Saskatoon or Prince Albert, SK.
