What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate with the Technical Lead and team members to plan and architect React components and interaction patterns.
2. Implement and deliver high-quality components and enhancements using JavaScript and React.
3. Work as part of a "pod," a small team of front-end developers and designers to ensure effective development processes.
4. Contribute to the technical health of the design system by adhering to engineering and UX best practices and participating in code reviews.
5. Scope and plan development work, balancing speed with technical quality.

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Proven experience as a JavaScript or Front-End Developer, ideally at the senior level.
2. Expertise in modern JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar (experience with React + TypeScript is a plus).
3. Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and accessibility best practices.
4. Experience working with design systems and collaborating with product/design teams.
5. In-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility.
