Position: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (Canada-based candidates only; Toronto preferred)

We are currently hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Developer for a fully remote opportunity with one of our client teams, a leading fintech payment platform. The organization is undergoing a strategic transformation as it expands into blockchain and decentralized technologies.

This role involves working with Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS, with an emphasis on scalability, clean code, and seamless user experience. If you’re a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across the full stack and contributing to architectural discussions, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to gather requirements and shape technical solutions.
• Contribute to system design and lead full feature development from concept to deployment.
• Develop robust and scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and other modern technologies.
• Write and maintain unit and integration test suites to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues effectively.
• Optimize performance and user experience.
• Work on greenfield projects and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including object-oriented design and dependency injection.
• Proficient in ReactJS and modern front-end development practices.
• Solid understanding of JPA and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with multithreading and processing large volumes of data.
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).

• Exposure to Node.js.
