Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Developer - Application Development JAVA N to work on the sanctions suite, delivering Java-based services, APIs, and integrations in a hybrid Canada work environment.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy in an Agile setting, collaborating with global teams and leveraging familiar tools like Spring Boot REST services, Kafka, and IBM MQ. Prior AML knowledge is a plus as is microservices experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technical field (computer engineering/science/IT).
• Master's degree in software engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications within the Sanctions suite.
• Collaborate with global teams; design, test, and deploy code following Agile practices.
• Work on architectural and infrastructure improvements; ensure code quality and delivery.
• Possess knowledge of AML and customer risk ranking methodologies is a plus.
