Snaplii is a fintech startup building a digital wallet with instant cashback across 400+ brands. We seek a Senior Java Developer who will own core system design and feature delivery, mentoring the team and guiding architectural decisions.

You’ll work on scalable Java applications, collaborate across product, ops, and customer success, and help ship impactful solutions from day one. Remote or Toronto office options available as we move fast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong grasp of Java fundamentals (generics, lambdas, concurrency).
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux.
• Expert-level SQL and MySQL skills.
• Production experience with Redis, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write tests and care about code quality.
• Ability to read existing code and improve it.
• A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure.
