Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of hands-on Java application development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Strong SQL skills with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience with TDD and writing unit/integration tests.
• Experience with multi-threading, concurrent programming, and low-latency systems.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Build scalable and secure solutions using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Design and optimize high-performance SQL queries and database interactions.
• Develop multi-threaded applications capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.
• Develop and integrate data processing solutions for large-scale data engineering and analytics workloads.
• Write clean, maintainable code following TDD principles and maintain tests.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions with DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
