Job summary

Quantiphi seeks an Associate Architect – Software Developer to architect and build scalable web apps using Java/Spring Boot. You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle, deliver robust RESTful services, and utilize AI-assisted tools to maintain high-quality code.

Role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong database and security knowledge, and the ability to work remotely from Canada in EST hours. You will collaborate across teams and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong Spring Boot framework expertise and RESTful API design.
• Relational databases expertise (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
• Solid understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, SSO, OpenID Connect).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root-cause analysis and on-call incident response.
• Review code and mentor teammates.
