Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site and remote role for a senior IT Support Technician located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Senior IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and performing computer repairs. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and assisting clients in maintaining optimal performance of their IT systems.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for desktop computers
• Expertise in Printer Support and Printer Troubleshooting

• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada
