What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Define project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
2. Develop project deliverables including project charters, business cases, and status reports
3. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion
4. Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
5. Conduct impact and risk assessments across various project scenarios

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. A 4-year university degree in Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, or 12 years of combined broadband-related education and technical experience
2. Minimum 8 years of broadband/telecommunications technical experience
3. At least 6 years of experience defining project scope and goals
4. Minimum 8 years of experience developing project deliverables and managing projects
5. Experience working as a Project Manager on large, complex software application development projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of experience conducting impact and risk assessments
2. 4+ years of experience creating and managing project forecasts in Microsoft Project
3. 5+ years of experience developing relationships across the organization
4. 6+ years of experience leading custom software application development projects
5. 3+ years of senior leadership experience in the public sector, ideally in Canada
