Domtar is seeking a Senior IT PMO Analyst to join the IT Program and Delivery Management Office in Montreal. The role provides administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure governance and delivery across the IT project portfolio.

You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking, and manage PMO tools, SharePoint, and funding workflows. The position requires effective communication across levels, English and French proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in various project management roles.
• Proficient in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure effective project governance and delivery across the IT project portfolio.
• Support project financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Administers project management tools, SharePoint, funding requests, capacity planning, and timesheet tools.
• Assist project managers with project setup, documentation, data quality, status updates, closures, and PMO compliance.
• Support process improvement initiatives, maintain templates, and provide end-user training.
