Your technical work will focus on current projects rather than routine tasks. You'll shape how AI tools interact with our productivity ecosystem, working across tools like Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Slack. Whilst mentoring is encouraged, this position is designed for people who want to stay hands-on and technical.
The Productivity and Collaboration team (PAC) is responsible for keeping Xero's internal productivity ecosystem running smoothly and innovatively. We work collaboratively across regions, primarily Australia and New Zealand, with active partnerships with teams in the US and Canada. Our team is diverse, supportive, and committed to solving technical challenges that matter.
This role is based in Vancouver. You'll work in a hybrid environment with team stand-ups and meetings happening weekly. We encourage regular collaboration with your team, though you'll have the autonomy to structure your days effectively. The biggest challenge in this role will be maintaining strong connections with limited time zone overlap across some of our team locations-we embrace asynchronous collaboration and focus on clear communication to bridge those gaps.
Go Bold. We encourage you to challenge the status quo and push boundaries. Go Fast. We move with purpose and urgency. Go Together. We succeed through collaboration and mutual support. These aren't just values- they're how we work every day.
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world‑class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is CA$76,200 – CA$126,200
