We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing recommendations to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, IT teams, and other departments.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development (Must)
• Minimum 4+ years overall IT experience (Must)
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Scoped Application
• Experience with ITOM and ITSM Development (Preferred)
• ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification (Preferred)

Skills :

• ServiceNow Certified (CSA or CIS)
• Automated testing

• Agile, SaFe, DevOps or ITIL

Bonus Skills :
