Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT governance, technology risk, infrastructure operations, or information security.
• Certification an asset: CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CISSP.
• Experience with audit and regulatory review processes—especially in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with KPI/KRI development and management reporting.
• Excellent written communication—ability to produce clear governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist I&E patching teams in preparing documentation for compliance.
• Collect, review, and consolidate KPIs and KRIs from patch teams.
• Maintain and organize patching documents in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Partner with patching teams to create and update control documents.
• Support audit preparation—organizing evidence packages.
