Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, Internal Audit, IT Controls, or Technology Assurance.
  • Professional designation such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC (completed or in progress) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), SOX/NI 52-109, SOC reporting, and governance frameworks (COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements while building client relationships.
  • Passion for technology, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT audit, technology risk, internal audit, and ICFR/SOX engagements for diverse clients.
  • Perform ITGC testing including logical access, change management, IT operations, and third-party controls.
  • Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness; prepare workpapers and client deliverables.
  • Identify technology risks and process improvement opportunities; provide practical recommendations.
  • Participate in client walkthroughs, interviews, evidence gathering, and engagement planning.
  • Collaborate with managers to deliver exceptional client service and manage multiple priorities.
  • Contribute to practice innovation through AI, automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.

As a Senior Associate, Technology Risk & Advisory, you will play a key role in delivering IT audit, technology risk, internal audit, and advisory engagements for a diverse client base. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, gain exposure to cutting‑edge technologies, and help clients strengthen their technology control environments while developing your own technical and consulting expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the delivery of IT audit, technology risk, internal audit, and ICFR/SOX engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, including logical access, change management, IT operations, and third‑party controls.
  • Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness while preparing high‑quality workpapers, reports, and client deliverables.
  • Identify technology risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities, providing practical recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in client walkthroughs, interviews, evidence gathering, and engagement planning activities.
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership to deliver exceptional client service and manage multiple priorities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, Internal Audit, IT Controls, or Technology Assurance.
  • CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC, or a related professional designation (completed or in progress) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), SOX/NI 52-109, SOC reporting, and governance frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001, or NIST.
