About The Role

Our growing team is looking for a Senior IT Architect specialized in Security & Networking infrastructure technologies!

You will be part of the Infrastructure Technology Architecture team responsible for the following technological domains:

• Security
• Network Security
• Network
• Logging & Observability
• IAM & PAM

What You'll Do Here

• Lead and develop architecture parts of systems and technology projects in collaboration with project teams.
• Develop and maintain architectures, standards, and strategic orientations to align with company plans and objectives.
• Develop architectural technical patterns and ensure their maintenance through governance cycles.
• Support the implementation of standards and orientations for project personnel.
• Research, evaluate, and select products or technologies based on requirements and strategic evolution.
• Perform infrastructure and application security assessments.
• Conduct penetration testing, digital forensics, and reverse engineering.
• Mentor and guide Security and Network Operations in resolving high-risk challenges.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to support new solutions infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the technology evolution Roadmap & Strategies for your domain.
• Monitor technical landscape for deficiencies and misalignments with business needs.
• Present architecture solutions for peer review.
• Collaborate with project teams and SMEs in various IT operational areas.
• Lead or assist in security assessments, penetration testing, digital forensics, and reverse engineering.
• Coach and guide security and network teams in resolving high-risk issues.

What You Bring To The Table

• University Degree in IT, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Security or Networking Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of Security and Networking infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in implementing Enterprise Security programs.
• Understanding of SASE components and Zero Trust Security Principles & Architecture.
• Quick comprehension of new technologies' functions and capabilities.
• Ability to understand both long-term and short-term perspectives.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PCNSE, CCNA, CCSP, CISA, SC-100, Cisco CyberOps, TOGAF are a plus.
• Team player and technical mentor, eager to learn and collaborate.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with technical and executive audiences.
• Results-driven, organized, proactive, and adaptable to change.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingualism required for candidates in Quebec.
• No Canadian work experience required but must be eligible to work in Canada.
