Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Senior Analyst to join our Alberta team.

The role focuses on maintaining AVEVA PI Data Historian environments, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and configuration changes to ensure reliable production and development systems. You will develop PI AF calculations, support PI Data Archive and PI Vision interfaces, and contribute to High Availability architecture.

Qualifications

• Related university degree or two-year technical diploma in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience in application sustainment/support/development and working with partners.
• Experience in IT project planning, process analysis, data analysis, systems implementation, and operations.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance and weigh competing priorities with guidance from other team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AVEVA PI Data Historian production and development environments with technical support, troubleshooting, testing, and configuration changes.
• Support interfaces to PI Data Archive, PI AF, and PI Vision; help manage High Availability PI environments; develop PI AF calculations and event frames.
• Define templates and hierarchies for PI AF, support connection and data flow issues, and coordinate with PI team members to meet service requests.
• Prepare documentation per Enbridge standards and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Coordinate meetings and project rollouts with cross-functional teams to provide leadership with performance insights.
