Job summary

DM Lyons Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex IoT projects across Ontario, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination. You will drive on-time delivery within scope while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include resource coordination, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder communications; lead multi-phase projects from audit to closeout and mentor teams in energy, automation and IT systems integration.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BE in engineering or equivalent with significant BAS/IoT product experience.
• Demonstrated project leadership across design, build and commissioning phases.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity and building automation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver complex IoT/BAS projects on time and on budget.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare schedules, forecasts, and profitability analyses to optimize cash flow.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and PMO to ensure governance and quality standards.
• Provide client training and ensure post-project support and knowledge transfer.
