Position Overview: Service Specialist II

The Service Specialist II provides solutions in response to incoming calls and written correspondence from Financial Advisors and Branch Office Administrators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while considering legal, regulatory, and risk factors. Note: This role does not involve providing investment recommendations.

Shift Time: 10 AM - 7 PM EST

  • After initial training, develop understanding of financial tools, products, and services offered by the firm.
  • Support branch teams with accurate information and assistance regarding Portfolio, Financial Foundations, and other software tools via calls and correspondence.
  • Communicate operational procedures and their impact on software tools, understanding industry rules and regulations.
  • Strive to deliver world-class client service aligned with departmental performance and quality standards.
  • Learn a secondary support role to assist when needed.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting new initiatives and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for departmental enhancements.

**This is a 7-month contract position.**

Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma preferred.
  • Availability to work 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow up effectively.
  • Willingness to learn technical information and cross-train on Insurance for backup support.
  • Customer service orientation and desire to build client relationships.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Work ethic and motivation to excel in the financial industry.

**This is a 7-month contract position.**
