About the role

As a Senior Investment & Personal Banking Specialist, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the banking journey, connecting with clients in a relatable manner and providing tailored financial solutions.

• Offer a full range of customized financial solutions using a financial planning approach
• Understand customers’ financial goals, analyze their needs, and recommend appropriate strategies

• Build long-term relationships by delivering excellent client experiences

Do you have the skills to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

• At least two years of experience selling investment and credit products
• Demonstrated sales management skills and ability to market Scotiabank
• Strong relationship-building skills focused on client satisfaction and growth
• Licenses to sell mutual funds and progress towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
