Qualifications

3+ years of experience in investment operations, asset servicing, middle office, fund accounting, or a related investment operations role.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
CFA, CPA, CAIA are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle of assigned private investments, including onboarding, deal closing, funding, ongoing servicing, repayments, interest payments, and restructurings.
Review and interpret legal and transaction documents to support accurate servicing and system setup.
Coordinate with Investment, Legal, Accounting, Trade Operations, administrators, custodians, and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate servicing.
