Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst for our team in New Brunswick, NJ.

Our team manages over $55 billion in global assets across various investment strategies. The Senior Investment Analyst will support tasks such as risk analytics, investment due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and reporting, contributing significantly to our investment decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Public Markets team on investments in equities and fixed income across various regions and sectors.
• Monitor and evaluate existing investments through performance and risk assessments.
• Support daily, monthly, and quarterly activities including portfolio rebalancing and liability management.
• Participate in due diligence for new managers, including research and performance analysis.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparing for committee meetings and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years of investment experience.
• Preference for candidates pursuing CFA, CAIA, or similar certifications.
• Strong interest in financial markets and pension investments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong quantitative and modeling skills preferred.
• Excellent presentation, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally.
• This role is based in New Brunswick, NJ, with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days per week.

The salary range for this position is $91,000 to $147,200, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
